As an IT Consultant Manager, Rami Khreim has to be prepared for anything and everything. Besides holding several Microsoft and Cisco certificate, he has also worked with Linux servers and Ecommerce social media marketing. He is also qualified as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Rami is originally from Syria. Before moving to Stockholm, he worked in Damascus, Dubai and Paris. Currently he is working in customer support for TeliaSonera International Carrier, the owner and operator of one of the world’s largest fiber-optic networks.
“The company culture here is great and I feel quite comfortable. I am very impressed by the professional work environment and attitude from which I have learned a lot. In addition, I also like the communication style of the job.”
Working in customer support takes logical thinking, social talent and troubleshooting skills that enable taking on any situation that may arise. Rami’s biggest challenge was when he was handed the responsibility for all systems and tools in a very short period of time. Several customized procedures had to be adapted to support customers according to SLA and the stipulated deadlines.
“I’d like to thank MultiMind for giving me the opportunity to move on to a new challenge, adding to my previous experience.”
Rami believes that diversity helps to make us all better. Different people and experiences offer fantastic opportunities to rethink earlier assumptions and closely held opinions. His favorite word is “failure” because it symbolizes a “restart button” and the chance to try again.
On weekends he likes swimming and reading business literature. Arabic is his native language, and he speaks English. Earlier, he has studied French and Chinese, and now he is taking Swedish lessons. Perhaps he will also find time to take up one of his old hobbies, Latin dancing.
